Revised timetable for settlement with Top Level

             REVISED TIMETABLE FOR SETTLEMENT WITH TOP LEVEL

Further to the 17 December announcement regarding the acquisition of all of the issued shares
in Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd (Top Level), The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) (the
Company) advises that the settlement date will be extended to 11 January 2019.

The company will also be extending the closing date of the offer under the prospectus dated 20
November, issue date of securities under the Prospectus, settlement of the acquisition of all of
the shares on issue in Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd and closing date of the cleansing offer under
the Prospectus to be amended to 4 January 2019.
