Update on Top Level transaction

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

                        UPDATE ON TOP LEVEL TRANSACTION
Further to recent announcements regarding the acquisition of all of the issued shares in Top Level
Real Estate Pty Ltd (Top Level), The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) (the Company)
advises that the indicative settlement date of 17 December 2018 will be slightly delayed due to
the time of year and public holidays, whilst final consents to satisfy all conditions precedent to
the acquisition are finalised.

The parties remain committed to completing the transaction, and are hopeful of doing so prior
to year’s end, however the Company will keep the market updated in this regard.

The bonus share issue timetable does not change and is in accordance with the timetable
announced to ASX on 13 December.
