                                              RESULTS OF AGM
The Agency Group Australia Ltd (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), hereby announces the following
information regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, provided in
accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

The Chair directed all undirected proxies in favour of all resolutions. All resolutions were passed on a poll. Proxy
results and poll results for the meeting are disclosed as attached. All results were scrutineered by representatives
of Advanced Share Registry and Doug Bell, Audit Director, Bentleys Audit & Corporate (WA) Pty Ltd.
