                                        CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Australian Financial Services Limited (ASX: AU1) (the Company) advises that Mr
Stuart Usher has been appointed Company Secretary, replacing Mr Jay Stephenson.

Mr Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 20 year’s extensive
experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies. He
holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and has extensive experience
across many industries focusing on Corporate & Financial Management, Strategy &
Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investor Relations & Corporate Governance.

The Company would like to thank Mr Stephenson for his continued support during his
time as Company Secretary.
