                                  Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Agency Group Australia Limited (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “Company”) advises the appointment
of Ms Melissa Peters as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Ms Peters brings more than 30 years’ experience across marketing, customer engagement and business
operations.

Ms Peters has held senior leadership roles including Marketing, Advertising and Events Manager, with
responsibility for brand strategy, communications, CRM systems and customer service training across both
sales and service divisions.

Chairman Andrew Jensen said:
