The Agency Group Australia Limited (ASX: AU1) is pleased to invite shareholders and interested investors to
attend an upcoming investor webinar following the Company’s recent FY2025 results. The webinar will be

During the webinar, presenters Paul Niardone (Executive Director) and Andrew Jensen (Chairman) will
provide insights into the group’s financial results for FY2025 and growth outlook. Highlights from FY2025
included:
• Record Gross Commission Income (GCI) of $125.3m, up 11.3% year-on-year.
• Revenue growth to $98.5m (+12%), with property management income up 15.4% to $13.5m.
• Return to profitability, delivering underlying EBITDA of $1.12m (FY2024: -$0.45m).
• Strong growth in sales activity, with 6,663 properties sold worth $7.44 billion in value.
• Expanding property management portfolio, with 11,968 properties under management,
independently valued at $37.41m.
• Balance sheet strength, supported by recurring revenue and strategic rent roll acquisitions.
