                                            EXECUTIVE UPDATE

National real estate company The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company”)
advises Managing Director and Group CEO Geoff Lucas has had his contract with the Company terminated,
with immediate effect.

A formal recruitment process to find a suitable replacement will commence shortly. In the interim, CEO
responsibilities will be shared by Chief Operating Officer Andrew Jensen, Real Estate CEO Matt Lahood (East
Coast) and Executive Director Paul Niardone (West Coast).

The departure of the Managing Director and CEO will have no impact on the day-to-day operation of The
Agency or its people.

Mr Lucas will receive payments as per his contract.
