National real estate company The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company”) is
pleased to announce its participation in the ShareCafe Small Cap "Hidden Gems" Webinar, to be held Friday
11th of March 2022 from 12:30pm AEDT / 9:30am AWST.

Managing Director & CEO Geoff Lucas will provide an overview of the Company’s strong half-year results which
saw a 33% increase in Underlying EBITDA from $1.60m, to $2.14m.

The Agency also added 47 agents to the team, taking the total to 345, further expanding the Company’s real
estate capabilities across a number of key markets.

This webinar is able to be viewed live via Zoom and will provide viewers the opportunity to hear from, and
