High growth national real estate company The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) (“The Agency” or “the
Company”) is pleased to announce the Company’s Appendix 4D Interim Financial Report will be lodged on
the ASX on the morning of Thursday 24th February 2022.

Coinciding with the release The Agency Managing Director, Mr Geoff Lucas, will provide an update on the
financial and operational results of the Company for the half year FY2022 via an investor/ media webinar.
