During this webinar, The Agency Group CEO, Geoff Lucas, will provide a presentation on the quarterly
operational and financial results of the Company. He will also be on hand to answer questions on the results.

Tim Lawless, Head of research at CoreLogic Asia Pacific, providing an exclusive keynote presentation on the
latest national residential real estate data and the trends for the coming 12 months.

Following the keynote presentation, a panel session will be held, including Geoff Lucas, Matt Lahood, Tim
Lawless and leading agents from around the county. This will look more closely at what the individual markets
of WA, Victoria, NSW, and QLD have experienced (and expected to experience) and provide unique state
specific insights from industry leaders in those markets.

Panellists will also be on hand to answer any questions from attendees.
