                      Request for extension to Voluntary Suspension

Further to the announcement to the ASX dated 31 December 2020, in which The Agency Group Australia (ASX:
AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company) requested a voluntary suspension of its securities with immediate effect,
the Company requests this voluntary suspension be extended.

The Agency provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.2:

    (i) The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the
          finalisation of finance documentation;
    (ii) The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday
          6 January 2021 unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;
    (iii) The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
