Description
The securities of The Agency Group Australia Ltd (‘AU1’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under
Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of AU1, pending the release of an announcement regarding the finalisation of
finance documentation.

                              REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), hereby makes application for a voluntary
suspension of its securities with immediate effect, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule
17.2:
    (i)    The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company in relation to the
           finalisation of finance documentation;

    (ii)    The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on Tuesday
            5 January 2021 unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

    (iii)   The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
