                                         Resignation of Director

The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), wishes to advise that Mr. Mitchell Atkins
has tendered his resignation from the board effective Friday 8 May 2020.

The Board wishes to record its thanks to Mitchell for all his contribution and the board wishes him every success
for the future.
