                            MARKET UPDATE – INDICATIVE TIMETABLE
The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), makes reference to the entitlements
issue indicative timetable contained in its announcement dated 24 July 2019.

The Company advises that it will provide a further updated timetable once the entitlement dates are confirmed.
