The securities of The Agency Group Australia Ltd (‘AU1’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under
Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of AU1, pending the release of an announcement regarding the acquisition of
Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd.

                              REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
The Agency Group Australia (ASX: AU1) (“The Agency” or “the Company), hereby makes application for a voluntary
suspension of its securities with immediate effect, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule
17.2:
    (i)    The Company makes the request pending an announcement by the Company regarding the
           settlement of the acquisition of Top Level Real Estate Pty Ltd;

    (ii)    The Agency requests the suspension remains in place until the commencement of trading on
            Thursday 17 January unless before that time The Agency makes an announcement;

    (iii)   The Agency is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
